Questions

Frequently asked

Straight answers to what people ask us most.

How much do your services cost?

We charge transparent flat fees per service, shared with you upfront after your consultation โ€” no hidden charges.

How long does the process take?

It depends on the program. Express Entry PR is often 6โ€“12 months end to end; study and visitor visas are usually faster. We give you a realistic timeline at your assessment.

Are you licensed?

Yes โ€” we are Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC-IRB) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Our licence (R1043559) can be verified on the CICC public register.

Which immigration programs can you help with?

Express Entry and permanent residence, work permits and LMIA, study permits, visitor and Super Visas, family sponsorship, and refugee, IRB, and immigration-detention representation. If you're not sure which pathway fits, we'll advise you at your consultation.

Do I need to be in Canada to work with you?

No. We work with clients both inside and outside Canada. Consultations are by phone, video, or in person, and we handle your file remotely from start to finish.

A family member has been detained by CBSA โ€” can you help urgently?

Yes. Immigration detention moves quickly โ€” the first detention review happens within 48 hours. We provide urgent representation before the Immigration Division, including release planning and bondsperson preparation. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Can you represent me at an IRB hearing?

Yes. As an RCIC-IRB, we are authorised to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, including the Refugee Protection Division (RPD), Refugee Appeal Division (RAD), and Immigration Division.

Can you help if I've been refused before?

Often, yes. We review the grounds for refusal and prepare a corrected reapplication or an appeal where appropriate.
